This Privacy Notice for Vikara Technologies Inc. (“Company,”, “we”, “us” or “our”) applies to and describes how we collect, store, use, and share data about you through our software, website, mobile application, documentation, and related services (together, the “Services”). “You” refers to the person using our Services. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this privacy policy.
What information do the Services obtain and how is it used?
The Vikara mobile application (the “App”)
We do not collect or store ANY personal data using the App. The App has no user registration process, so the App stores no user accounts or profiles. There is no mechanism in the App for the user to enter any personal information. The only way users interact with the App is by choosing one of the quick-reply options at every conversation turn. The chosen option is sent to Google Dialogflow, which does intent classification and returns a chatbot response to continue the conversation. The App does not store the history of conversations.
If you contact us via email info@vikara.app, we use your email address only to respond to your requests, or to provide support, feedback, or important information about our product.
Which third-party services do we use
We use Google Dialogflow, a natural language understanding platform for managing conversation flows. Dialogflow is part of the Google Cloud platform. Their privacy policy can be found here: https://cloud.google.com/terms/cloud-privacy-notice
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Policy at any time. This page will always reflect the current privacy policy.
